 Sean Galloway, Choir Director

My name is Sean Galloway and I am the new choir director at Abiding Presence Lutheran Church.  I am 25 years old and am starting my second year as the middle school/high school director at Armada Community Schools.  I moved here in the summer of 2007 after spending most of my life in Howell, Michigan with my parents Marge and Bill Galloway.  I attended Alma College where I received a Bachelors Degree in Music Education specializing in vocal music.  I was involved in the college choir that toured all over the United States and several places overseas including Poland and Scotland.  I love exercising, playing chess, reading and anything having to do with music.  I also give private voice lessons and beginning piano lessons on the side.  I have been involved in choirs ever since I was able to talk and fell in love with the music.  I truly enjoy working with choirs of all ages and striving to share the wonder and joy that is music.  I live in Shelby Township with a friend from college and I am always up for any type of activity,  I look forward to creating beautiful music with the choir and spreading joy to all those we meet.  We are always looking for more members, so please don't hesitate to join us.  Music is the pathway to our souls and will always be present inside our hearts and minds no matter what transpires in the world around us.  I suppose that's it.  Thanks for reading and have a wonderful day.
